Dr. Joseph Miladore
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Joseph Miladore is a dedicated Family Medicine physician at SRMC Primary Care in Canfield, caring for patients of all ages. With a strong foundation in both surgical and primary care training, Dr. Miladore brings a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, emphasizing preventative care, chronic disease management, and individualized patient support.
He has a particular interest in women’s healthcare across the lifespan, including well-woman exams, contraceptive care, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and cervical and breast cancer screenings. His practice also includes annual physicals, immunizations, and other routine and preventive care services.
Dr. Miladore earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, completed three years of surgical training at Mercy Health-St. Elizabeth Hospital, and finished his Family Medicine residency through the Western Reserve Health Education NEOMED Residency Program at Trumbull Regional Medical Center.
A committed educator, Dr. Miladore is a member of the NEOMED teaching staff and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Chief Resident “Teacher of the Year” and “Patient Care Award.” He is also an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Anthony Fossaceca
Clinical Pharmacist
Anthony Fossaceca is a clinical pharmacist with a deep commitment to patient care and community health. A lifelong local, he grew up in the area and earned his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University in 2011 before completing his Doctor of Pharmacy at NEOMED in 2015.
Following pharmacy school, Anthony opened Anthony’s Family Pharmacy in Howland alongside his father, continuing the family business until 2020 after his father’s passing in 2018. He then served as a pharmacy manager at Rite Aid before transitioning into hospital-based clinical pharmacy, where he has been practicing for the past three and a half years.
Anthony brings both personal and professional experience to his work, combining years of community pharmacy knowledge with advanced clinical expertise.
He has been married to his wife Lily since 2017, and together they have two children, Mila (6) and Sebastian (4).
